EXPEDITED LICENSURE AND APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS - SECTION 100 CHANGE WITHOUT REGULATORY EFFECT - EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 10, 2021

On September 10, 2021, the Office of Administrative Law approved the Board of Chiropractic Examiners’ proposed action to amend Article 3, Division 4 of Title 16, California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 321. These amendments are adopted in compliance with Title 1, Division 1, Chapter 1, Article 2, Section 100(b)(3), of the CCR, and do not materially alter any requirement, right, responsibility, condition, prescription, or other regulatory element of any CCR. This regulatory action became effective on September 10, 2021.
